Personal Fitness Training

My approach to training with you involves finding movements that you enjoy doing to make training fun and interesting.

During your first meeting with me, I will take you through the Functional Movement Screen. This is a movement assessment to see where you are moving well and where there are areas for improvement for optimal health. During the following appointment, we will begin performing the corrective exercises to help you begin to move optimally.

One-hour training sessions are centered around your goals as well as developing optimal movement patterns to have you moving though your training sessions as well as your daily life like a champion!

Training Sessions offered

  • One-on-One, in my home or yours (depending on distance)
  • Very Small Group (2-3 people), in my home or yours (depending on distance)
  • Online Training Sessions via Skype

Aerial Lessons-Private or Group

If you’ve ever wanted to fly, here’s your opportunity! I teach aerial solo or group private lessons as well as weekly group classes where you can get off the ground and into the air!

Pilates and Yoga Instruction

As a Certified Instructor in both Pilates and Yoga, I can guide you through your own mind-body journey towards health and wellbeing.

To arrange a lesson in either discipline—or a blend of both for a breath- and movement-focused routine that you’ll come away from feeling relaxed and decompressed—please contact me!

Functional Movement Screen plus Corrective Exercise Strategy

This is a two-session package. During our first meeting, I will take you through a movement assessment involving the Functional Movement Screen. This is a movement assessment to see where you are moving well and were there are areas for improvement for optimal health. The following appointment is performing and learning the appropriate corrective exercises to help you begin to move optimally.

People can choose to just schedule these two appointments. This can be a great choice for people who already have a really good handle on strength training and are looking to move better and help prevent injury.

Nutritional Coaching

I am a certified Precision Nutrition nutritional coach. My approach to nutritional coaching is to work with you in implementing any changes to your dietary needs to help you achieve your goals. Together we come up with the steps to implement these changes. Coaching sessions are one hour in length and the first four week sessions are weekly and then the next 12 sessions are bi-weekly.
