Join my 4 week class and improve your flexibility!We’ll focus on active flexibility for shoulders, hips, back, legs, and ankles. We’ll focus on drills to improve your front and straddle splits as well as shoulder and back flexibility, and we’ll also work on techniques for deeper squats and improved wrist strength and stability. Each week will include upper and lower body exercises to help you become more flexible, strong and stable in your circus activities.
