 Climber Core

Drawing from Pilates, traditional exercise physiology, yoga, gymnastics, circus, and aerial training techniques, this class is packed with a whole lot of core fire. The hour will focus on finding and moving from those deep core movers and shakers, and exercises will be repeated in a circuit style to develop a deeper understanding of moving from the center out. Strengthen the whole core: the abs, back, within the rotator cuff, and across the shoulder and hip joints, with a variety of fun and intense core strengtheners. Although geared towards the avid climber, the class is open to anyone looking to develop a solid core. This class will give you the tools you need to climb stronger, build your endurance, and help you live a more injury free life.

This class is a drop-in class, although it needs a reservation. You will need a membership at BKBS or pay the drop-in rate of $22.00
